Office ManagerCaitlin has been with the team since January 2022 and serves as the Office Manager. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, helping ensure patients receive a smooth and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. She is the smiling face you're likely to see at the front desk when you visit.
Emily
Back Office AdministratorEmily joined the team in January 2026 as our Back Office Administrator. She assists with functional medicine operations, patient coordination, documentation, and the day-to-day workflow that keeps the practice running smoothly. Detail-oriented and organized, Emily is committed to supporting high-quality patient care behind the scenes.
Crystal
HBOT TechnicianCrystal joined the team in October 2025 as our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Technician. She helps create a comfortable, welcoming experience during treatments and is always happy to answer questions along the way. Known for her warm personality, Crystal brings positivity to the office each day — and you'll likely hear a few funny stories about her kids while you're there!
